FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. I don't see a particular product on the website. Do you have it?
A. Most likely, the item has been discontinued and sold out and is not available.
Q. What is the status of my order?
A. You can log in and click My Account at the top to do things like view your order, send us a message or set up a return. If your order says Awaiting Fulfillment, some of your items are getting painted and will be ready soon.
Q. How do loyalty points work?
A. All website orders accumulate points automatically. Eventually, but not before your points reach $10, you can redeem them. To do this, let us know, and we can turn your loyalty points into credit that will come off your next order. You can also redeem them at one of our Michigan retail stores as well.
Q. Is there a store near me that sells your product?
A. There might be. Click here to check. If you have any ideas of stores you think should sell our product, let us know and we will follow up!
Q. What is your return/refund policy?
A. Roeda is excited to offer you great products and outstanding service, because we are built on honesty and integrity. These virtues are demonstrated in our return policy and we also see our customers treating us with that same standard. We will work together to make it right.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product, let us know within 30 days, and we will issue a refund or store credit.
If you are seeking a replacement, store credit, or a refund for one or more items, please go into your account, look at “View Completed Orders” and submit your request. We’d appreciate the returned items to be carefully repackaged in their original packaging, and sent to the address below:
