Return / Refund Policy
Roeda is excited to offer you great products and outstanding service, because we are built on honesty and integrity. These virtues are demonstrated in our return policy and we also see our customers treating us with that same standard. We will work together to make it right.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product, let us know within 30 days, and we will issue a refund or store credit.
If you are seeking a replacement, store credit, or a refund for one or more items, please go into your account, look at “View Completed Orders” and submit your request. We’d appreciate the returned items to be carefully repackaged in their original packaging, and sent to the address below:

Paypal transactions will be refunded less the amount of the Paypal service fee (typically very small.)
Delivery charges are calculated on an order-total basis.
