Store Pickup

Can I order with in-store pickup?

Absolutely! We offer fast and free in-store pick up for all in-stock items. 

After receiving an email letting you know your order is ready, visit us at 1615 Monroe Ave NW Grand Rapids, MI 49505 from Monday to Saturday between 10am and 4pm. For holiday hours or weather-based exceptions to our standard hours, check Google or Facebook for the latest information.

On Mondays and Tuesdays, our retail store is closed, but we are in the studio painting and packing orders. Just ring the doorbell, and we’re happy to get your order for you!

Can I pick up my order curbside?

Absolutely! After receiving an email letting you know your order is ready, call us at 616-222-0057. Our sales associates are happy to meet you outside to make sure you have an easy and safe pickup experience.

How quickly should I pick up my order?

Please pick up your order within 2 weeks of receiving your pickup notification email. Orders not picked up within 2 weeks will be refunded and put back into our inventory.

How can I track my shipment?

  • We offer free shipping on orders of $45 or more and flat rate shipping of $7.95.
  • Orders ship via UPS or USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.
  • Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Feel free to reach out if you need your order by a particular date. Some items are hand-painted to order.
Do you ship to Canada?

We do ship to Canada! The shipping rate corresponds to how big your order is because of the higher cost of shipping. The standard method is DHL, and delivery time will depend on several factors, mainly distance. We ship from Grand Rapids, MI 49505.

There's an issue with my order. What can I do?

If your online order contains items that are damaged, missing, or incorrect, please email us at web@roedastudio.com within 30 days.

Please include your order number and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How do I return an item online?

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your online order, let us know within 30 days of the original purchase, and we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, let us know within 30 days, and we will issue a refund or store credit. Visit your store with your receipt, and we will return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original purchase.

Product Questions

How will hand-painted metal art last outdoors?

We love to decorate our front doors and gardens with metal art magnets! Our paint is high-quality and made to last. However, as Carol likes to say, Mother Nature will eventually have her way!

To keep your pieces looking fresh as long as possible, we recommend using the Rustoleum Crystal Clear Enamel. For the best outdoor protection, apply 2-3 light coats once a year.

How should I care for my Dance for Joy garden stakes?

Our garden stakes are crafted from lightweight steel and hand-finished, ensuring a one-of-a-kind patina marbled finish.  

Sun will eventually break down the protective polyurethane coating on the garden stakes allowing moisture to come in contact with the steel. Most people choose to let nature take its course and let the steel age naturally.

Others choose to preserve the patina by spraying 2-3 additional coats of polyurethane per year. We recommend using the Rustoleum Crystal Clear Enamel, available at most hardware stores.

What size stand should I use for my metal art magnets?

Choose your stand based on the height of your metal art magnet: 

  • 1” to 6” - choose Shelf Stand 1.5"
  • 6” to 9” - choose  Shelf Stand 3.75”
Do you carry chalkboard bases?

We have several great chalkboard bases! Before use, be sure to prime your chalkboard properly. To prime your chalkboard lay a piece of chalk on its side and cover your board with chalk. Rub chalk in with a dry rag and then erase. Chalkboards are porous, so if you don't prime it, your first drawing may never erase properly.

How can I store my Roeda Metal Art Magnets?

We recommend hanging on to your original packaging for out of season storage. We use metal washers to secure our USA magnets to the package. To repackage, simply put the washer on the backside of the front flap to hold the magnet. 

While we don’t offer an official storage solution (yet!) we’ve seen customers use many innovative solutions, including a large automotive oil pan, cookie sheets, or even memo boards to store their collections.

What are loyalty points?

If you shop at Roeda and provide your email address at checkout, you're earning 2 points for every dollar spent! Redeem online or in-store once you reach 1,000 points:

  • 1,000 = $10
  • 1,500 = $15
  • 2,000 = $20
How do I sign up?

Sign up and join Roeda Loyalty Rewards here, or click on the yellow present icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

How many points do I have?

Check your balance when you visit us, or anytime online. Click on the bubble at the bottom right-hand side of the screen to log in and see your balance.

How can I earn points?

If you shop at Roeda online or  in-store, and provide your email address at checkout, you're earning 2 points for every dollar spent. 

In addition, you can earn 50 points each by following us on Facebook and Instagram! 

If you haven't set up your online account yet, you'll earn 100 bonus points by signing up!

How can I redeem points?

Redeem online or in-store once you reach 1,000 points:

  • 1,000 = $10

If you are visiting our Grand Rapids store, just let the sales associate know that you’d like to redeem your points at checkout. 

If you are shopping online, Click on the bubble at the bottom right-hand side of the screen to log in and see your balance. If you have enough points to redeem, you can click Your Rewards and get a customized code to redeem at checkout. Please note that points cannot be combined with additional discounts.

Gift Cards

Can I buy gift cards?

Absolutely! We offer gift cards in-store & online. If you buy a gift card online, it will be delivered to you or your gift recipient immediately via email. If you purchase in store, we provide a nice certificate.

Can I redeem gift cards online?

es! If your gift card was purchased online, follow the instructions in the email you received to redeem it. If you purchased a gift certificate before 2021, reach out to use at web@roedastudio.com for redemption instructions.
