Damages & Returns

Roeda Metal Art is hand painted thus variations and slight imperfections may occur. We stand behind our products.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. To request replacement or credit for damaged product, email a picture and description to Customer Service.
Refused shipments and returns without approval are subject to restocking fees. Contact Customer Service to request an authorized return number.

Payment Terms

All orders require payment by credit card. Please provide valid credit card information with your order.

Terms may be offered at Roeda’s sole discretion. Roeda Studio reserves the right to revoke terms due to delinquent payments. Contact us to apply.

Net 60-day terms are always available through the online ordering platform Faire.

Cancellation

Written notice must be received by Roeda at least 10 days prior to specified ship date.

Order Processing

Most of our products are produced in small batches. Expect two weeks for processing your order.
To shorten the lead time, please agree to back orders. We will ship all available product asap and follow up shortly with any remaining production items.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Roeda. Roeda reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Zip Code Protection

We do not zip code protect but reserve the right to decline an order due to proximity to an established retailer in a small population area. Check for stores near you at our store locator.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via FedEx unless a retail partner’s shipping account number has been provided with the order.
Shipping will be charged for back orders of $50 greater.

Order Process

  • 01.

    Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Most of our products are produced in small batches. Expect two weeks for fulfilling your order.

    To shorten the lead time, please agree to back orders. We will ship all available product asap and follow up shortly with any remaining production items.

  • 02.

    Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

  • 03.

    If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at sales@roedastudio.com. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

  • 04.

Roeda charges real shipping costs at time of shipment. On average shipping is below 10%. 
Shipping will be charged for back orders of $50 greater.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most of our products are produced in small batches. Expect two weeks for fulfilling your order. We ship out of Grand Rapids, MI 49505. Shipments reach most parts of the USA within 4 days or less.
